    I use Paintshop Pro Photo X2, and Photoscape!

    Photoscape is a great program!! You can download it for free!!

    With Windoze I use MSPaint and Irfanview.

    With my linux gear if I really needed it I would learn GIMP.

    I obviously dont have any heavy photo editing needs.
    I have a HUGE SIG!!!!
