Kitties and boxes, always a winning combo! That box looks like it is a perfect size too. She don't look happy that she was disturbed.

I think that is an instinct with Cats as they feel secure in confined spaces where no one can sneak up on them, a left over from their wild days where a predator could be stalking them.
Boris certainly does look so happy in his Box Bed!!!
