I don't know if you'll even see this, since you were so taken back that no one responded to you right away.. but here goes anyway.
Sounds to me like she's responding to the move. I moved out of my parents house with my 5 year old GSD mix and into a house that I bought. After a little while she started biting people!! She had never done that before, luckly my parents agreed to take her back and she went back to being the perfect dog!! She just didn't take the move well!! I hope you're able to help your pup thru the move and stop the bad behavior.
Usually people who have one post on this forum never come back to read their answers. I normally see 1 post and consider it a troll or somebody who is generally uninterested in having real advice on their pets, but I honestly didn't see your post to begin with. You really need to give us more information on how exactly you "establish dominance" and what the situations are where she guards and exatly how bad it escalates. 3 sentences isn't much.

I was not posting much when this was originally posted....would be interested in an update ! I think the root of the problem was the move, new people, places ect. Our furkids get so used to a routine - the slightest thing will throw them off. Anyhoo - would like to hear from you as to how things are going !
