Sounds like you took a blow to your self esteem because of that one rejection. Look at it this way, the school doesn't really matter but the fact that you're looking to better yourself and continue your education is a big plus in my book. A good education, no matter where you go is something you will never regret. I think I'd go along with starting at CC , save some $$$ and decide where you want to take that education for the next term. Be proud that you opted to continue your education...
