Dear Noel, you do a PERFECT portrayal of a cat who has antlers stuck on her head! Your expression is universal, timeless, and priceless!
Congratulations on being Cat Of The Day! What a fantastic, 19-year-old?!!, sweet kitty you are, with your wonderful family who've had you from your earliest days until now and who love you so dearly.
God bless you all.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

What a charming cat. I have a senior as well and he gets a little cranky in his old age. Sweet though she is, I must sympathize. Even I would frown with antlers on.I believe that cats are empathic and they sense when we are unhappy, unwell or generally in need of a cat's special attention. It seems that Noel has found her calling in your family with your son. Lovely to see her so well cared for.
When I was growing up one of our cats loved my eldest brother; he would sit in the music room when my brother was playing and practicing his flute. When my brother moved out, the cat wanted nothing more to do with him. In fact when he came to visit the cat would run for another part of the house. My brother was most hurt, but just like Noel, I don't think our cat forgave my brother for moving out of the house.
Congratulations on being cat of the day.
