    Beautiful tree and decorations, Lut!

I LOVE your cat cabinet! I have zillions of little cat figurines all over my place.. in fact, they just about fill up two bookcases.. and meanwhile I have piles of books all over the floor because there's nowhere else to put them..

In fact, I'm trying to find new homes for most of them.. otherwise I think I'll have to move to a bigger apartment! And of course, new ones do still show up from time to time!

I gave several to a woman who has started up a new low-cost spay-neuter service for this area, which she put in their silent auction fundraiser.. and they brought in some $100!

And I have been giving many to a friend, a volunteer at our cat shelter, who is on the Board of Directors of the Jazzpurr Society, a cat shelter and rescue service in Windsor, Ontario.. they have many yard sales and flea markets and auctions to raise money.. so we are helping out some Canadian cats too!

If you'd like an addition for your cabinet, Lut.. (and anyone else?) ... or have any other leads for worthy cat-helping causes which might like to have some of my little tchotchkes (sp?) as decorations and/or fundraisers.. please let me know!

This is my tree - I hope it stays this way as I am not sure whether Napoleon is a tree climber so far he has thoroughly enjoyed playing with unbreakable
balls he stole from the basket I was using to hold the decorations while I trimmed the tree but hasnt knocked any down yet.

GREAT thread, Lut, thank you for starting it!

I loved seeing your tree, very pretty. And the decorating, wow, that is super! The Gabriels Girls leave it all alone??? I would expect them to play with the garland around the TV!

And Lilith, thanks for adding yours. Great job!

I shall return to this thread and post my tree shortly; I do have pics from 4 nights back, before it was "done," so I need to take a photo of it now.

Here is our tree......for now. So far Jax has knocked a few ornaments off. He has not climbed it and I hope he doesn't.

This looks a little different now. I took the picture then Bruce added some things to it.

Here are the "kids" stockings. I even included DJ and Taz. They are right below the boxes their remains are in.

This is in the studio. I was glad I could put my purple ornaments somewhere. They are glass so they could not go on the tree.

This is the view to show the window decor. The big red bulb was my prop when I was Cindy Lou Who for Halloween a couple years ago.

And this is on our front door, along with white blinky lights shining through the side lights.

Wow, sorry the pictures came out so big. I don't use photobucket very often and they've changed things. I'm not used to it.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

My 4 girls are so great!! They have never ever touched any of the ornaments & garlands! The only thing they do sometimes is having a nap on the soft rug under the tree Aren't they supergirls!??
