When I saw the title of the thread, I thought it was about England!

Snow, snow, stay away - from my house anyway. We had enough last year, right Tanya??

Wow! I can't even imagine! Most I remember was maybe up to 2 feet of snow and that's not common where I live.

: WOAH! That's WAY too much for me. Goodness. Does that mean you're trapped in the house? I remember when we had a blizzard here in OH - stuck in the house for two days because it was just too hard to get around.
You're the one sure thing I've found so you better stick around...

Rachel, don't know if you thought I had 2 ft of snow, we're at about 7-8 inches right now. I remember some of the blizzards. We sure had 2-3 ft of snow then!!! You don't live too far from me.

The weather guys on Detroit's Channel 4 TV were talking about that on Monday. They said it was already something like 53 (or maybe 57?) inches deep! They even showed pictures a considerate (and probably stranded at home) viewer in London had sent in.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Yeah my dad said they've got 140 cm and that's about 55 inches so that's about right

and they are supposed to get another 35 cm tonight (another foot) and then possibly MORE on the weekend.

    Oy

R.I.P my dear Sweet Teddy. You will be missed forever. We love you.

I know, but... where I live, I'm not getting slammed by the snow. We barely have what, 2-3 inches, if that. Seriously. It's nuts. If I drive 1/2 hour east, plenty of it!

Actually, London, England has snow, too, and frigid temps. My friend Clare got her car stuck and she also slid on the ice. She doesn't know how to deal w/that stuff. I told her to come to Ohio for lessons.
    Blessings,
    Mary
