    Yes I saw the story on TV last month.. I was in such shock that the pup survived.. Yes your right the owner at that time was just trying to do the right thing for his pup.. Oh I am so glad to read the baby got her vet care paid for & that she has a new forever home.. Great News thanks

    I read about that on my ISPs news page thingy an i still i feel really bad for the guy. =<
    but i hope the dog is happy with the new family
