Beautiful Chester, what a sweet and gentle boy you were, the most elegant and handsome of Meezers with a heart of pure gold. How lucky your dear Mommy was to have had you as her soul mate, her loyal and loving life partner those precious 17 years. As I like to say about my boy Oliver, you didn't have a mean bone in your body; you were all about the love. And yes Chester, you seem to have had more than a few of those "doggie traits," including being, like my Lab, a Velcro kid; never caring where you might be, as long as your Mommy was there by your side. Such devotion is one of the priceless gifts our furkids bless us with, just one of many, too many to name. And to think you were able to work your magic on your Grandma too, she who thought she didn't like kitties! Well, that was before she got to spend some quality time with you!
You lived a long and wonderful life Chester, though even 17 years is not long enough. But happily, a day of joyful reunion awaits you and your Mommy, sometime in the distant future, and until then she has all of those wonderful memories you two made to cherish and keep her heart warm.
It was an honor meeting you today beautiful Chester, and I'm so happy we had the chance to pay tribute to you and all that meant you to your dear Mommy. You are truly a Cat of a Lifetime.![]()
