luckies - if you are getting a 'syntax' warning, it means that a semi-colon is missing between one or more of the user names. Also - the maximum number of people you can send a PM to used to be 12. Maybe that has changed.

I know what you mean, Cataholic - it's just an option for her. We do all know each other here, and I doubt there are any spammers lurking that would want the whole list of addresses! That's the usual reason given for using BCC - aside from privacy, more protection from spammers.

Well this has turned out to be more time consuming than I thought. I cannot PM the list unless it is in 2 sections. I sent some through PM and some through email. I really hope I did the email thing right. I put a comma in between the email addresses so hopefully that works. I will have to send the rest of them out tomorrow as it is nearing 3 am and I need to be to work at 7.Not much sleep for me tonight.
Those that I emailed, can you please let me know that you received it?
Also, I did not know about the BCC thing. Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately I sent the email before reading the post here.
