Apart from what Grace said, I think she says that the baby looks like an albino and is going to look like her mommy.

The albino thing made me laugh.
Most kids are born 'pale' and 'darken' according to their familial background.
I worked with two women who were part of one of the funniest 'pranks' I ever heard of.
The 'K' was a black woman who was pregnant for the first time. 'A' was a little older and was a litlle more worldly.
When K broke the news to A, A told her she was going to have a "white baby".
K laughed it off, but for the time up until the delivery, that was the running gag in the office.
Sure enough, K delivered a 'white' baby and freaked out......
