I'll pour some tea for you. Have you tried looking on the web? Most cities and towns have a website based at a government address - ours is at http://www.ci.newton.ma.us/ so just try subbing in your state code for "ma" and city where ours says "newton" and see if that works. Otherwise you ca try calling the police station - not 911, but the general office number, and they will know.

Do we have any more decaf? If not, I'll put on another pot. It has been a sunny day, in the mid 50s- a good day for Halloween and I saw a lot of kids and families out trick-or-treating.
