    Thanks everyone. When I got home last night I picked him up and tried to calm him but he just wanted to eat. I gave him just about a tablespoon and the other two cats their regular amount. Tink and Mama almost never throw up. Of course after Buddy ate his one tablespoon he came to Tink's bowl. I called him back to the kitchen and gave him another small amount. He did not throw up. Mission accomplished!

    Excellent. I was going to suggest the "calming first, then feed"
    approach, but you seem to have solved the problem.
