That ceratinly is a more humane solution than simply declaring Stray Cats as Wildlife and then making feeding them illegal.
Or shooting them on sight as they do in some states!!
People are so careless and refuse to take responsibilty for their Pets
I wish these creeps could be homeless for one night and be hungry and cold and lonely
That might teach them a lesson
