I have seen other ads that have people saying "They want to kill the puppies" about the people that are for this bill. How awful, base and manipulative can politicians get?

No one wants to "kill the puppies," they want to save the poor dogs that are in horrible pain and misery right now, and keep more pups from being bred in horrible conditions.
