Great news on the "grouchy" Taboo.Has she purred at all yet, or mellowed?
She is a sweetheart who deserves the best - she has every reason to be grouchy after a long and hard life.![]()

Well done, Taboo! Keep on keeping on, sweetie!
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Thanks all.
She did not eat well tonight, but she had quite a day. She was REALLY upset about getting that stitch out. She growled and grumped more than her usual.
She is not much of a purrer, but every once in a while.
She is all "bark" with very little bite. I mean, with all she has been through, she could easily decide to just attack teeth first, but she never does.
She lost only 3 ounces, which is good. Now hopefully she'll hold the wieght or maybe gain some back.
.
I'm glad to hear she's healing well and I hope she'll continue to recover quickly.![]()
