Depends on so many things, whether you get the day off work.

In Massachusetts, they celebrate Patriots' Day on April 16th, state offices are closed.
Here in Rhode Island, we celebrate VJ Day, 2d Monday in August, state offices are closed.

I worked in businesses which had to be open if the stock market was open, we really did not close for many days at all!
