I don't know if I have ever had spiked cider but I sure have tasted "hard" cider. Rather weird but not bad to sip on

Apple Kugel (sp?) is super dee-do-dah scrumptious and I must say I don't make too shabby a cake. Anyone wanna try? It will be ready in another hour and doesn't the bar smell yummy already!!

I make good apple cider! What to try some?

Mine is the sort that can give you a hangover if you imbibe too much though! If you ask for cider in the UK that is what you get - all the rest is apple juice until it is fermented. Would anyone like some apple crumble or a few apple pancakes with maple syrup?
