Orion the Hunter, Stalks his prey.
From his place, across the way.
Earthbound birds are something new?
He's looking up! A different view.
Betelguese, Rigel, on knee he's knelt
Across his waist, an askew belt.
At dusk his constellation comes into view-
But this Aby cat is something new!
This hunter born, to earth he's bound
But in the sky? He's always found.
And no matter where in the world I'm at?
I always think of Orion the Cat.
