Weird (wired? wirred) timing with the BLT. It's now 1:15 here in MD and I'm in the middle of a BLT I brought for lunch As for last weeks Thrusday... I must have had alot more time on my hands and better access to a computer then (the original "how to boil an egg" thread) I also had quite a strange sense of humor eh what? Hi guys
    Laurie

p.s. I'm not in the middle of the BLT, I'm in the middle of EATING one!!!!

Hey Laurie! When's the next Wolftrap show?

I'll take whatever's on the bar. I'm starving! I had this morning off for my regular treatment, brought a HUGE apple and a yogurt to eat when I got here, and the apple (that looked so good on the outside) was all brown on the inside. I've had a fat free yogurt - that's not enough! Barkeep - help!! What's in the 'fridge??

Manners? With BLTs? Didn't know those were a requirement........

I'd love an open faced BCT, though.

Take 'maters, slices, place on bread, cover with a thick slice of Cheddar and a couple bacon strips, broil and YUM!

Anybody ever have peanut butter and bacon sandwiches? Try them! I haven't had one in probably 30 or so years, but I remember them! Only if you're feeling decadent!

I've never tried one, but I've heard that they're good. Someday maybe........

OK Richard, now that peanut butter has been mentioned, how about a peanut butter and banana sandwich? (but not fried like Elvis used to do!) That would be more to my liking right now. And a Pepsi - straight up and on the rocks. Thanks.

Speaking of decadent, had a deep fried twinkie for dessert the other night.......or more properly, one small piece of a deep fried twinkie. If you haven't had one, try it, but only with about 5 of your friends.

Were you at the Maryland State Fair? That's the only place I know that serves deep fried _________ (fill in the blank, twinkies are an option, as well as Oreos, Snickers,etc...).

Barkeep, just had a lovely girls night out - dinner, drinks and a movie (Eat, Pray, Love, of course). Could I just get a night cap of red wine and a bite of chocolate?
