    Thanks everyone. Today's the day. I so hope the bank will be accommodating. I've got the realtor ready for tomorrow afternoon and 2 houses I want to see.

    I am totally approved. BUT.......I cannot do anything until he refinances the acreage house he wants to keep, has to be done in just his name. My lawyer is on vacation until after the long weekend. Following that I want to push hard to have him attend to that immediately!
