Oh that's just terrible
I'll get something out to you on Friday.
What a great friend you are Amy! I'm glad to hear that she's doing better.

Huney, Bon & Simba-missed so very much
Remembering all the Rainbow Bridge Pets
Thanks you two.As far as I know she's still doing well, though they were wondering if the other toe might have to go too.
They are hoping it will heal up okay and not have to do that. I wish I could afford to just give my friend the money but we're not that rich. If anyone wants to call the vet that did the surgery I can get the phone number for you. Thanks again.

Oh, goodness, poor Lady! She'll be in our prayers.
I've Been Frosted
How sad but luckily Lady has caring parents and they have you as a friend![]()
Just wanted to say that Lady seems to be in the clear, they only had to remove the one toe and her foot is healing well. Melissa said missing the toe kinda throws off her balance here and there but she is getting along great. I still haven't had a chance to see her myself yet, need to get over there and take some pics for you guys. Thanks again for the help Terry and Anna.![]()
That is great news! I think she can adap better, easier, morquickly to a missing toe than a missing leg.
Do they still have no idea what caused this? Weird stuff our dogs get in to!
.
It was caused by a snake bite, they don't know for sure what kind of snake but it likely could have been a rattlesnake.
