So Glenn Beck is organizing a T party rally to be held at the Lincoln Memorial on the anniversary of Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech Aug 28th. Featured speaker is Sarah Palin. I see no problems there, right????

Shocker... That the media is already trying to distort what the event is about. It IS 100% clear that the author has never even once listened to how Glenn feels about Dr. King and his message. And of course the "Reverends" Sharpton and Jackson would be all up in a knot about it. They have made lucrative careers out of race baiting.

Liz, have YOU ever listened to Glenn? Or is your opinion about him only what others write? And I am not talking links from Huffpo et all.... Actually REALLY listening to him in context, live.

Pay special attention to the what NOT to bring list. Also know that nearly a million dollars is being spent on security for the event. And EVERY single dollar are from private donations and none of the speakers or performers is making a dime.

Also, Marcus Luttrell is going to speak. Do a little reading on who that guy is.

I'm not sure why you think there would be problems. My hairdresser is a Tea Party member and she tells me all that goes on there. According to her, everyone is so considerate of one another, they clean up after themselves, they wait in long lines w/o any trouble at all, etc. Most importantly (to me anyhow) is that there is peace among everyone, including any liberals that attend for whatever reason. I'm somewhat confused as to why you think there would be a problem. Care to expound a bit?
