Those pictures were gut wrenching. I thought the dogs were dead. I can't imagine a dog being able to survive in that condition, just horrid that some people can let an animal starve to that point.

I read about this on Facebook. The lady that is working with him is one of my rescue friends on there. An update said he sat up on his own for a few moments yesterday and is doing better everyday. He is purely a miracle, but his fight is not over yet....he has a long way to go. Prayers for Lucien.....
