The show was really interesting. I missed about the first half hour, but I'll catch it next time around.

It was a good show & I enjoyed it very much. I've always loved dogs.

I cried near the end when showing a little bit of film on a dog rescuer's
work in California. He had noticed one dog, Red, wasn't feeling good and
decided to pick him up next day for a trip to the Vet. When he went back
for him, Red had died, alone in the weeds near a road.

I know - the end was sad - poor Red. I'm glad they only showed a shot of his feet tho, after he had passed.

I see why they decided to cover homeless dogs in the scope of the
whole dog experience with mankind.It sure was different when we needed
dogs more to protect us or help us hunt food, now some are easily discarded
with an old house.
