Monica is such a pretty girl. I am so glad you took her in so many years ago. Calicos, as you well know, are VERY devoted and basically a one person cat. They would be happy if they were the only cat in the house. My little girl Calico, Sasha, is exactly like that. She was cat of the day on April 18, 2010. And by the way, the President of the United States, Barack Obama, has a daughter named Sasha. Monica is such a beautiful girl. I hope you have many, many years together ! I would not trade my Sasha for anything !!

Though I must say Monica, you don't look a day over 6; especially impressive considering the very tough start you had at life. Oh how far you've come, beautiful girl! I'm so happy your Mommy took at a chance on you; sticking by you and giving you all the time and space you needed to make the transition, to learn to trust, to make yourself at home!
