Time again for some Catmobile fun!

Cassiesmom, I think another trip under consideration is the Edinburgh Festival. There are a record 2453 shows on between now and the end of August, and I hear the organisers would be keen to lay on a luxury flight for such celebrity guests. There is also the tattoo, of course, and poor little Merlin who doesn't want to go home yet might be interested to see some pipe bands - given his meowmie's musical history.

My girls are glad that they were able to be there with their favourite Uncle Gary at such a sad time, and now they would like to take the Found Cats on a little trip to cheer them up.

I'm going to have to have Angel, Chip, and Chuck head home. Angel's birthday is next Friday. It's her very first one so they have to be home for it. Of course, all the catmobile kitties are welcome to come celebrate with us. There is plenty of room in the back yard to park the catmobile.

I was in the beautiful City of Edinburgh for the festival a number of years ago. The Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle is something I still remember fondly, especially the lone bagpiper playing on a turret of the castle to end the evening's program. I also remember walking the Royal Mile between Edinburgh Castle and Holy Roodehouse (Killearn Kitties, please accept my apology if the spelling is wrong). Then there was the parade along Princes Street. And Prince's Park, the floral clock, the Walter Scott Monument all at the base of Edinburgh Castle. Wonderful and very happy memories!

No word from Groucho about his plans yet. Maybe he'll bring me some haggis if he decides to continue on to Scotland.
