Yummy! I was going to ask...balsamic & olive oil drizzle? Nothing like fresh fresh fresh ingredients. I'm going to try to do this with homemade ricotta instead. It's easy to make. I've made homemade mozzarella and learned why it's $8 a lb! Pain in the patoot!![]()

John and I have it all the time. I don't use any vinegar though. No idea why. I just make it like John showed me. I've grown basil and use tons of it. I'll try the basalmic vinegar.




Yum all looks so colorfull & good.. Now where was our plates??
