I've calmed down now so I can explain better. You're right Wom, they are messing me around too much.

Here's how it all went. Last Thursday I was to get all the keys and all my stuff. Then whoops, he had the key to the storage place with him, but I could have that the following Thursday (today). Just after 3 pm today I'm notified now that I can't get the key till Tuesday, apparently he won't be back till Saturday (from wherever he's at) and being a long weekend his lawyer can't get the key to mine till Tuesday. Now when do you figure he determined he'd not make the deadline of today? Nice that it came at the end of the day. And what happens on Tuesday?

I didn't exactly believe he'd changed and this just proves it. Historically I could never admit to being happy about anything as it would lead to the proverbial rug being yanked from under my feet. He's done it yet again. I should have known better, I've seen it so many times.

This is the last rug he'll pull, I believe and hope. Your lawyer will push for a trial again if this nonsense keeps up!
