Please say major prays for Hercules. He has coccidia. We gave him some medicine last night. He weighs in at 2.1 lbs.
He ate pretty well for me this morning and I'll go at lunch time and feed him again and see what he's like. My husband is home with him today so I don't have to worry too much. He was out with the rest of our crew and I cleaned the litter boxes out but I just hope that no one else gets this.
We placed him back in our bathroom so that we can keep a better eye on him. He doesn't want to be in there and we feel terrible for making him stay in there.
Please if you could just send us some good vibes that everything will be ok and hopefully we caught this early enough.

Melissa, I'm so sorry to hear that he has coccidia.Some strains are harder to treat than others and yes it's highly contagious. I hope he'll recover quickly from this. Lots of prayers and positive thoughts are being sent his way.
