yeah it's supposed to be hot again today....I get cranky in this heat....maybe I need to move up north some more. Nah..then there would be a lot of snow and I can't drive well in the snow....hopefully soon it will calm down and be a little easier to deal with.

Yes it's horrible here too. Yesterday I did not venture outside after 11 am at all.
All my plants need water. Grass is looking a bit yellow.
Last night about 2am I went outside naked and did a rain dance, luckly all the neighbors were sleeping. Unfortunately no rain today.
I suggest we all do the naked dance tonight around 2.

Headed for 100+ today and high humidity. We need a break from this heat and we desperately need rain - can't even remember when we last had any. The grass is crunching underfoot. And just a few months ago it was 2-3 feet of snow. Such extremes with no happy medium anymore, it seems.

This is our third day with the temps going up to 37, which is about 97 F. Pretty rare for our neck of the woods . Not much activity outside, most people are holed up with the a/c running non stop. Humidex is way over hundred. We've had so little snow this year and very sporadic rain so the grass might be greener but it's still crunchy underfoot.
And I do remember wishing the cold would let up in April, it finally did...

I pretty much stayed in the pool the whole long weekend. California is actually not too bad today, we are suppose to be around 91 today but it did cool of pretty good last night.
