Barbara and Siegmar, I'm am shocked and saddened by the news of Filou's passing.

You had many good years and many great memories and pics. I remember those pics of him on your shoulder, Barbara, and grooming Siegmar. It seems everytime you spoke of him you mentioned the rides on your shoulders. What a precious boy he was.

The way he looks in the last pic is exactly how Tubby looked at the end - the rough fur, the extreme thinness and the look in his eyes. I know he appreciates your seeing the signs that the end was near and making his passing easy on him, even though it wasn't easy on you.

He was quite the personality and I can only imagine how quiet your home has been these past few days. {{{hugs}}} to you and Siegmar at this sad, sad time.
