What a beautiful boy! Orion, you have been chosen for a very important mission.. which is sounds like you have already accomplished wonderfully. Tigris and Filou Angels must be so proud!

Welcome HOME, Orion! And congratulations to Barbara and Siegmar!
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.

    Hi Barbara!
I just had to come for another look at your adorable little love muffin, Orion. How is he doing today? By now I'm sure he has completely taken over your house and has filled it with the love only a kitty can bring

Could I ask you to give him plenty of lovies from me?

Barbara - I'm beyond thrilled for you. Sometimes it takes being kittyless to realize how much of a void there is. Welcome home sweet Orion! You are going to have the best life ever!

Please plant a kiss on that forhead from me.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Oh Barbara and Siegmar, he's adorable! I love his wide curious eyes! He looks like he has settled in quite nicely already.

I was so saddened when I just read your post about Filou, but now my heart is happy again for you. I think Orion is just what you needed and I'm positive Filou and Tigris had a hand in bringing him to you.

Good luck on the "big snip" Orion, and welcome home!

This photo made me laugh - he looks as though he is laying down the
law and tellin you exactly how things will be in HIS new home.

Oh, Barbara, it is wonderful to see you and Siegmar smile! I am so happy that your hearts have begun to heal. Orion is a very handsome boy, and he is so lucky to join your family. I can't wait to hear about his adventures.

Orion, I love this picture of you reminding me to take time to smell the flowers! You are such a cutie! I hope you are settling in to your new home very well. Please have your people give you some hugs from me!

Barbara, so how is Orion doing? We'd also love to see some new pictures of him if you have any.

Little Orion is well. We believe he was so very well behaved as he lived with his cat mom and cat dad and so has been a lower man on the totem pole much of his life
He plays vigorously and has started to climb in the little roof in the balcony. I promise to post new pictures at the weekend but today is a special day: Orion had his appointment with Trude the vet for his big snip. He didn't have any food this morning and was very good about it- he began to wail a little but was easily distracted with the feather wand. When I come home he will be home already. I am not really worried - I know from experience that it is no big thing for boys but still......

He's probably home already. Even if he's a bit wobbly tonight, he's gonna be ok tomorrow. Orion, sweetie, you'll grow big and healthy.

    Wobbly- no way!
He stands in the room and wants to play. He has eaten already (including some fluid painkiller which Trude gave us and says he is ok!!!!
He even got a welcome gift from her and that is a chip. So he is chipped and snipped and happy.
