Wow. You are a military expert too eh?

    But...

Yeah... The surge worked better than imagined. Its what happens when American soldiers are allowed to fight to WIN.

Why are we making McCrystal's resignation/canning an arguement? We both agree he needed to go.

LH is the only Military (expert?) man around here that I would trust to
    speak from experience.

    OK.

But, FWIW... I served 12 years (5 active, 7 Guard) and have 3 combat deployments under my belt. I have been there and done that, so to speak.

Besides... LH was just a REMF. LOL <poke, poke>

Better a REMF than a CDAT. How much of your junk works without us commo pukes?

Be polite though, leave the staff infection out of this.

What? You don't like it when we blow the Charlie Box because we hooked a CD player up to the AUX? (Yeah, old school stuff. I speak SINGARS too. LOL)

OT - Does freq hopping REALLY ever work? I took a couple day SINGARS course and never could make it work right.

Yeah, Freq hopping DOES work, just takes a good commo guy, treadheads who actually LISTEN to said commo guy, and about a week of practice to get it together.

I didn't just have a CD player hooked into the VIC in my track, it was set up to broadcast on the BN alternate net, and I had a massaged radio to do it with.

All's well and good until the freqs rotate and the BN alt net becomes the command net, and someone forgot to change settings on the 100+ watt toy riding in the back. Oopsie?

Nope, worse, I'm from the MAT (mobilization Assistance Team) and I'm here to help.
