There is no such thing as coincidence. Gen. McChrystal, I think, did this on purpose. He is 'falling on his sword' so to speak. It can't be an accident that he said these thing to Rolling Stone.

The worst thing to have happen to you is to work for a pinhead.

The second worst thing to have happen to you is to work for a pinhead that thinks they have all the answers.

Sometimes falling on a sword is the only option.

That shows you willingness to make a stand.


I do realize that you have to "respect the post, not the man", it's the pinhead option that scares me.
