    Thanks everyone

K9karen: You are right. I gave him June 7th as his bday. So, I'll get a good pic of him.
Karen: Thanks I was in a rush that day and didn't realise it
Luvofallhorses: I'm so very happy. And I think he's a lot happier, too. He's loving having canned food all the time. He does seem more content. Today I take him to get the staples removed from his neck. I've been calling him Frankenstein. I'm going to start taking him on short walks. He's been leading me up the street when I take him out to potty. Before operation, he never wanted to go walking and no wonder. With such a hard time breathing, I wouldn't either. Thanks again to everyone. I'm so happy and relieved. I treat him even better than before He's such a good dog.

Hi, Dasher and your mom! I've been thinking of you! I hope you are breathing much better now. From mom's post above it sure sounds like that's the case. I'm glad you want to go for a walk. Please have mom give you a BIG ((((HUG)))) from me!

Karen, I didn't know that Geminis are great.

One thing about this makes me sad. We had repair guys at the house today and mom told me Dasher had tried to bark. She just heard a few soft noises Vet said his bark would change but I didn't know he couldn't do it at all. Maybe after his throat has healed more it will be louder. Am I silly to feel this way? I don't think it bothers him.

I'm very glad to hear he's doing better even if he can't bark. Many hugs & kisses to your handsome boy Val.
