I think on the last day of competition that Lee came in second. Overall I liked him the most. I think both will do well after their obligation to American idol.

I fast forward through janet Jackson also. I thought that if Simon was judging
her it would not be pretty.

It doesn't matter who wins. Look at all the past contestants who have wonderful success and they didn't win.

Also, the second place person usually releases an album before the winner does.

I didn't care who won because I really like both of them equally. So it's a win-win for me!

just thought i would put my kiwi 2 cents worth in, i am happy Lee won, as his voice was more to my liking, but i loved Crystal as well, anyhow they both have very promising careers ahead of them, i have to say i thought Janet Jackson was pretty rough too, and i usually love her music.

For me the show was really good, as they had all my favourites, chicago, doobies, joe cocker, hall and oates,who i thought were very good,it really was my era of music and to my taste.however screening the performance and finale all together was just too long.

Kokopup i am sure you did not realise this, but you let the cat out of the bag, when announcing Lee Wins, as we had not seen the show here yet because of the time difference, see Karen that was what i was afraid of, next time i will just have to have that separate thread, just to be on the safe side. Ah well no use crying over spilt milk as the saying goes.

Sure am gonna miss Ole Simon, but let us hope Idol continues to be just as popular in the future, ready for the next show already lol.
