We don't know yet. The exterminator guy is there with my husband as I type this. Possible that the damage at this point is minimal.

Just a cautionary note from someone who has been down this road: There are termites in every lawn (especially in Florida), they are not necessarily doing damage, and every bug guy's job is to sell you the full treatment.
