Wow, I never would have guessed that was a grain of rice! So teeny, thanks for sharing!

& in about 1+ years it'll be 3" in leg span

It is far more fun watching these little guys grow up, then getting a young adult from a reptile shop... they are eay to feed too.. Just kill the cricket & drop it near the sling. It'll eat it while they are young.. when they are bigger they'll want live foods.

With the Cricket Virus killing most of the crickets in North America I'm trying to raise these 2 on meal worms.. So far the larger one (Red Rump) is eating the meal worm... hopefully he'll continue to feed on them, as I'm raising them, so I'll have massive supplies of the feeders... They don't make noise, don't escape, don't infest, & don't STINK like crickets do. Lilly is the only one I'm going to have issues feeding. I need to convince her that mealworms are food.

Wait until it matures. It'll have very bright orange tiger stripes on its butt & a heart shape too...

    What an adult looks like

I don't believe this one is an adult as its orange is still dull.. but is shows a nicely formed heart shape on its butt
