The U.S. government is busy trying to figure out the WHY as opposed to the WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP THIS?

As usual, the U.S. government is a stp behind and a day late.

We are sitting in rooms, miles away from the problem, allowing old, broken down men, who would never last ten minutes working on a oil platform, to blame, deflect, question and berate the people in charge of the fiasco.

Let's fix the problem and not waste any time with broken down senators and congressmen with no idea of what is happening.

Today is day 31 since that platform blew up and little progress has been made to DO anything (in my humble opinion) to stop this. For every day that passes, the situation gets worse as more and more oil gush into the gulf.
