I loved it when Sandra threw Russell's hat in the fire. Right up to the end, Russell really thought there was no way he could lose. I was watching the look on his face as the votes were counted and he got none.

This was the first time I watched the reunion part. How many times did Jeff tell Russell to put a sock in it? Once again Russell came across as an arrogant bully refusing to accept his loss and the reasons for it.

As for his suggestion that viewers vote for the winner, I hope it doesn't go that way. Having the winner picked by the other survivors adds to the excitement. Even if the final vote was up to us Russell still wouldn't have won.

Boston Rob against Russell in a future series would be fun to watch but I hope it doesn't happen too soon. Enough Russell for now!

I never liked Boston Rob, but loved the fact that he called Russell out about his strategy.

Russell didn't have a strategy to win. He is a conniving twerp that just had a plan to make it to the final group and thought that his playing of 'the game' was enough to get him the win...

The one part of the game I never really thought about was bringing along people to the finals that were MORE hated that you are.

I guess there never has been and most likely never will be a more hated player than Russell.

Of course, They could have a naked Richard Hatch to play should they ever pit Russell and Rob against each other......

It would be an Immunity Challenge. They would have to rub up against each other until someone gives?

It was a great season and I hope Jeff Probst stays as the host.

If JP leaves? Does Conan O'Brien have a job?

I was never more happy to see Russels face than when he didn't get any votes He just KNEW he had it again this time but NOPE! The person he knew couldn't beat him, beat him!

I didn't hear anything about Jeff not hosting. I can't imagine Survior without him.

I guess he did sign on for more.....

I had heard he was in the last year of his contract, but didn't know he has re-signed.....Never mind!

And what is it with the 'unflattering shots' of the players?

I was watching on Sunday and noticed that they had a shot of one of the women trying to get over a pole/bar. They blurred out her crotch during the shot.

Now, you'd think that with all the hours of tape they collect they would have a more flattering piece of tape for the contestant?

Probst has signed on for two more seasons And, I think he does a durn fine job especially dealing with the likes of someone like Russell!

I was happy to see Sandra win. Parvati played an outstanding game and many feel she should have won because she excels at challenges whereas Sandra's track record in challenges is pretty much nil. However, I think Sandra played a skillfully strategic game and stuck to her principles - I respect that.

Jeff really nailed it when he explained that Russell is "missing" some real elements of the game and needs a huge "time out" to find some kind of balance - if that is even possible

The only thing that really bothered me was Russell getting the $100,000 as player of the season (I might have that part wrong). All that did was validate his despicable antics during the game.

    LOL.

You have to remember that in SURVIVOR, evil has to prevail, just like in real life.

It's like seeing a co-worker you hate, win employee of the month.

To win the game you have to have a little bit of cunning, have to lie, know when to fold, know when to take a chance.

I fricking hate Russell for his ability to find idols, lie, bully people and talk smack.

But, I have to say that I watched because I wanted to see him crash and burn.

IT's just like a huge game of office politics.

Sometimes the morons whine, cry and use evil to get ahead.
