Are you able to get a trap to trap him? I know it's not the nicest thing but at least you'd be able to get him so he can go to the vets.
Poor thing.

I have to line up our Vet coming to pick the Earl of Ebony first , and then I have to someone get the Earl not only to go in the carrier.
I will need some time for the Earl of Ebony to learn to trust me as Ebony Beau Tubster did in time.
I will try for Thursday as the Earl must have sensed something was up and was not cooperative at all.
