My very first kitty, Sugar, was gone once for over two weeks. I was beside myself - wandering the neighborhood calling for him.

It was into the third week and I saw him - called him and he came right over to me. I was sobbing - it was a wonder he came to me.

I think he was just enjoying the freedom and Spring!!

Butter - get your little bum home - Mom is so worried about you.

I'm so sorry, Logan. I can only imagine how your family has been feeling this past week. Thoughts and prayers on their way!

Butter, please, please, please come home soon.....

Zoe, that is one of the best pictures I have ever had of Butter. Those blue eyes were shining brightly, weren't they? I'm so glad you had the opportunity to meet both of my sweet babies, Butter and Mimi. And now they are both gone.
We will keep our faith and pray for Butter's safe return, but it is hard. Thank you all for your support and prayer for him. I think we also have to pray that if he has died that he did not suffer. Dr. R and I were talking about it this morning when I had Honey at the vet and he said it is so common for a cat like Butter to choose to go off alone when they become old and/or sick. He reminded me what a good mom I had been to Butter through thick and thin and all we had been through with his skin problems and bad "cattitude". I know all of that, but I'd much rather have my grumpy old man back at home or at least know what became of him.
If something changes, I'll be sure to update here.

It makes me very sad that Butter hasn't showed up, yet. Logan, I know how heartbreaking it is, not knowing. I so hope he'll be out there and OK. Try to keep the faith, he will hopefully show up soon.

    (((hugs)))
