Anyone Zumba?

Had my first Zumba class last night. Fortunately I wasn't the only old fat person there. Good thing it wasn't "Dancing with the Stars," or I would have been voted off due to a complete inability to shimmy. But it was fun, and it must have been a good workout because I hurt all over today.

I went to a new class with a bunch of maniacs last night

The classes are crazy busy and crowded at my gym, I wish they would add some more on the weekends.

I don't do it hard enough to hurt after I guess I still baby my foot a little.
