Due To Cats Will Get Their Heads Caught In The Handles & Then Cant Get Off & Will Start Running With The Bag Attached To Them.. Trust Me I Know From Experience.. My Half Pint did that once & like to have scared the tarr out of me before I could get her caught & her head back out of the handle..
