They receive hardly any nutritional training in vet school, and what they do receive is from companies like Hills >.> So your vets... unless they have a certification in it, do not know much about nutrition. It's just like hooman doctors... we have nutritionists and so do dogs. If the pancreatitis still persists, I would look into finding an animal nutritionist to speak to.
