Hi Tank!!! Happy Cat of the Day to you, beautiful boy! You are simply too precious for words, Tank! I was so, so touched by your story. I'm so sorry for your Mommy's passing. But bless your dear sister/new Mom for keeping her promise, and carrying on your Mommy's legacy of love and devotion, in adopting you; all in the family! And it seems you've worked the same magic on your new Mommy as you did your first! It's understandable you still suffer from th trauma, bear the emotional scars of your horrific experience. But thankfully you've been in the loving care of two such caring, compassionate humans who loved, who love you for who you are! You're not only an angel, but a fighter and survivor, and so deserving of the title, Cat of the Day! And I have no doubt that today, and every day, your first Mommy is smiling down on you, so happy knowing you're being so well loved and cared for! Lots of love to you, precious Tank! I lived with Tank for awhile with his owner who is not a Meowmie at all. Whats the term for a Cat Dad? The two of them live as swinging bachelors with their outdoor brother and son Smoky(a former COTD winner). I think Tanks Dad might be offended at everyone thinking only a woman could write such a nice story. He's always loved cats and he loved his Mom too. All our cats have been COTD and he wrote all their stories. M-Dude Yowl the Man!! Always, C

Tank, you big beautiful boy! You deserve to be Cat of the Day every day after all you've been through. I'm so sorry you lost your Mom, but I'm so happy you have a new home with your fur-ever Dad. He obviously loves you and I'm sure Mom is watching over both of you. I hope time will heal your emotional scars even more and you'll be able to chill out and wink at the world around you
