Karen, how upsetting! I sure hope that this is just an infection that can be cured with some antibiotics.

Thank you all so much for keeping Daisy in your thoughts and prayers. Yesterday if anything she seemed slightly more lethargic than the day before, but she did eat a little meat last night and again this morning. She also seemed brighter this morning.
I will certainly ask the vet about the possibility of asthma, although you can hear fluid when she is breathing. Would that be the case with asthma?
All kisses and hugs have been delivered!![]()
Karen I wouldn't think asthma would involve fluid, but I'm not a vet.
Continued prayers for poor Daisy....take care and let us know how things go with the vet.![]()
GO RAVENS!!
Karen I am so sorry to hear about this. I have no idea- but after what happened to Tigris all production of fluid will worry me.
Sending hugs to you and Alec and Daisy.
This sounds like she may have a case of pneumonia. I remember that shortly after my brother and his family adopted their puppy that she got very sick and she also had fluid in her lungs and the doctor said it was pneumonia. Luckily they caught it in time and she recovered and has been with them for several years now.
I hope that whatever is causing this that Daisy will recover quickly and then remain healthy from now on. She remains in my thoughts and prayers. I've been telling Storm about her and this morning his eyes were a bit weepy like he had been crying. Storm continues to send Daisy hisand kisses.
