It sounds likes poor Bean may have been stuck somewhere and all the snow was making it hard for him to find his way home. Poor guy, I wonder if he got anything to eat at all.

I guess you will find out more on Monday.

We think he got trapped in someone's cellar. It was Sunny the day he disappeared so maybe they opened the window and then closed it as it got chilly. Then they re-opened it yesterday. That's our best guess since he smelled mildewy and lost weight. I spent a lot of time thinking of Zazou and her ordeal last year.

Fortunately - curiosity didn't kill the cat this time!

So is he under house arrest, or can he still go outside? Do they make GPS collars so you would be able to track him if it happened again? That would be a good idea - or those locators that skiiers use should they get trapped in the snow.
