That's a good idea! I'm off school tomorrow...maybe that's how I'll spend it! teehee
I have from 5H to 6B that I got as a gift from my grandpa, I just tend to get "stuck" in one area...either I'll use all of the high B ones and then it's got no detail or else I'll use all H ones and then again, it's all grey and blah.
I'm super stuck on Ringo's mouth right now...

and here's what I keep ending up with as a mouth. I know the shape is off but no matter what I do I just can't get it right!! The picture makes everything look kinda warped cause I took it at an angle, so ignore everything but the mouth here. HELP?!

The dip in the center of his upper lip needs to be further to the right, and shading to account for the fact that you can see the bottoms of those teeth, and more shading on the teeth themselves will help.

I see what you mean, thanks! While I have that picture up, is there anything else you see that needs to be fixed? After working on it for 10 minutes I realized the neck is a little off, but I dunno what else.
